Forget pricey products, books, and even videos that promise to improve your sex life … simple exercises can put more sizzle in your sex for free. In fact, exercise can double your sexual satisfaction.

In addition to giving your sex life a boost, five “sexercises,” which include old-fashioned push-ups, abdominal crunches, and dead lifts, can also improve muscle tone and strength.

Want even better results? Exercise for 20 minutes right before sex, exercise and fitness expert Richard Weil told WebMD. "Being strong and flexible with lots of endurance will put the spunk into sex for you and your partner."

As a bonus, exercise may also help erectile dysfunction. One exercise found that men who exercised lowered their risk of ED by 30 percent when compared to sedentary men.
