Question: What is the difference between synthetic CLA found in supplements and natural CLA found in organic, grass-fed beef?



Dr. Blaylock's Answer:

The scientific literature demonstrates both good and bad effects of CLA supplementation. High doses decrease brain and heart DHA levels, which is harmful. I would use it with caution — certainly no more than 1,000 milligrams twice a week.
