Question: I understand that the flavonoid quercetin is insoluble in water and poorly absorbed. I am currently taking quercetin dehydrate powder with bromelain. Is there a way to increase the absorption?

Like curcumin, quercetin is oil-soluble. The form you describe — with bromelain — also increases absorption, but not as well as mixing it with olive oil. That form of quercetin should also dissolve well in olive oil.
