Question: Do you have any suggestions for treating interstitial cystitis?
Dr. Blaylock's Answer:
I have treated a few cases of interstitial cystitis with high doses of magnesium (500 mg twice a day in sustained release form) with good results.
The anti-inflammatory flavonoids also help — curcumin, quercetin, hesperidin, and ellagic acid. White tea can also reduce inflammation.
Grape seed extract will reduce inflammation and promote healing of the bladder lining.
