Question: Do you recommend a particular type of CoQ10?

Dr. Blaylock's Answer:

Although CoQ10 is expensive, it has been shown to play a major role in health and prevention of some of the diseases of aging. It is essential for cell energy production, which makes it vital for brain and heart function.

The reduced form of CoQ10, called ubiquinol, is the most potent. A special nano-sized form dramatically increases absorption, meaning that you can take smaller, less expensive doses and get maximum effectiveness.
